Sultan 7in Santoku Knife
Japanese-style Santoku knives have gained popularity because of their shape. A 60 degree bend at the tip provides a blade that can rest flat against a cutting board. This design is perfect for a top-to-bottom chopping motion frequently used by sushi Chefs. The Sultan is a 67-layer Damascus steel knife with a 440C steel core. Its metallic composition allows for wear resistance and long-term durability. Every knife features a full tang blade and an ergonomic handle suited for a variety of grip styles.
