The material is our standard rubberized plastic, guaranteed to provide grip even if your hands are wet. The handles now are round and therefore more ergonomic and feature a safety stopper for the index finger. The Avanti comes in 6” Chef’s style and 4” Paring variety, combining for a set. Ceramic knives will never replace your steel kitchen cutlery, at most you’ll have one or two to add your kitchen arsenal. We found that the 6” and 4” sizes are most versatile and are used most.
